SHIPPING:
Your purchase will be mailed within 1-5 business days via USPS. We will provide you with a tracking number and delivery confirmation.
Items are shipped with USPS Priority or First Class mail which has a delivery time of anywhere from 1-7 days for the United States and 1-3 weeks for everywhere else.
- We are not responsible for lost or undelivered orders due to incorrect or outdated addresses so please, check your address during checkout to ensure that you receive your package.
- If an order has been returned to us due to an error in name or address, we are happy to re-ship the item, however customers are responsible for paying the second shipping fee.
- If your item is damaged in the mail please send us an email with your name, order number, and photos if possible and we will take it from there.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Please contact us at [email protected] if you have any problems with your order. We gladly accept returns on most items*.
- We accept returns within: 14 days of delivery date.
- Please contact us within: 14 days of delivery if you would like to return an order. Please do not ship item back without first contacting us.
- Please include your full name and order number in the emailed return request as well as a note in the package with the returned item.
- Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery.
- Returns must be postmarked within the 14 day window of delivery.
- Pending inspection of returned goods, Thread Paper Ink will refund amount within 5 business days to your account.
We accept cancellations only if they are made before the item has shipped.
Conditions of return:
- Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs including those for returned items. We do not reimburse shipping costs.
- If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
